Yay! Great news! I was super surprised that she was so casual about it. We normally, when receiving a congratulatory call or email, release lots of stress and anticipation by jumping up and down, high fiving, and taking deep breaths because there is some kind of closure to the wait to find out if Pae is off to the next round of interviews or actually, in this case, off to sign a contract!
So, she begins her training in a month, signs her contract in a couple weeks! All positive steps towards her flying with Jetstar! With her signed contract, we'll also be able to try to get her a tourist visa to the states, so we can visit eventually. Her U.S. visa through Jetstar will be a flight crew visa, not to be used for tourism.Great job Pae! It's been a long wait, but we're on our way!! <3

Great news for you both. As for getting excited and jumping up and down, that's what I am doing for you both. I can only high five the air because I am by myself right now. haha Anyway, awesome news. Hope to see you both when you tour the states. Love always, Auntie
